Do you sell wine? No, I do not. I am not a retail store. I work with wineries, retailers, and online agents to get the wine for you.
Do you provide food? I provide 2 charcuterie boards per guided tasting. I can also provide food pairings for the event’s wines. If you are looking for a sit-down dinner, I can recommend a chef that can provide you with pricing.
When is payment due for my event? A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Can I cancel my Guided Wine Tasting? Guided Wine Tastings may be refunded fully up to 14 days before date of the event. After 14 days, no refund is available, but the wines are yours to keep. This policy is not subject to a private chef that you may have secured through me, their refund policy is separate from our agreement.
Do you provide tasting notes? Yes, I provide tasting notes for all of event’s wines, I also provide a source where you can purchase more of the wines you loved.
Do you do birthday parties? Most definitely! I can work with you on any kind of special event.
What if I already have the wines? I am happy to work with the wines you already have. I will need a list of the wines, the producers, the vintage, and type of wine.
How far ahead should I plan my Guided Wine Tasting? I would suggest 3 to 4 weeks, to allow your group to get the wines and food. We want to make this event fun and easy and allow plenty of time to prep for it is important. If we are having a chef cooking the dinner, I would suggest 2 to 3 months, as we must work with their busy schedule as well. Please review my calendar here for available dates.
Will we be able to talk with others during the Guided Wine Tasting? Absolutely! I leave plenty of time for people to talk about the wines or just with each other.
